• This intensely concentrated paste is skilfully crafted using sugar, water, caramel, Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Extract (10%), Spent Vanilla Seeds (1.5%), Thickener: Tragacanth Gum

• Lovingly called “A Little Pot of Gold” by one of our customers, this paste is specially created for professional chefs and kitchens and is over 3 times stronger than popular brands available in supermarkets; so a little goes a long way!
• This product is ideal for use in ice creams, baking and other culinary applications requiring an intense flavour of vanilla. The vanilla seeds in the paste add great texture to all preparations.
• A level teaspoon would be the equivalent of 1 Premium Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Pod.
• The 110g packs are shipped in Glass Jars. The colour and size of the packaging may differ from that shown in the picture.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATION

• This paste should be used within the Best Before date on the pack. Store in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place. Do NOT refrigerate.
