- Our Grade A Vanilla Powder is made using select cured Madagascan Vanilla Bean cuts and nothing else! This product offers a cheaper alternative for those using vanilla pods during these times of skyrocketing vanilla prices.
- These vanilla cuts are cured, pulverised and dried with no additives retaining a milder characteristic aroma of bourbon vanilla and a rich dark colour. Ideal for use at home or by professionals, this product is suitable for all baking, patisserie and other culinary uses.
- Vanillin Content: Approximately 1.1 %
- Moisture Content: 5-10 % Approx
- Colour: Brown
- A little portion goes a long way! Try in your milkshake, smoothies or to spice up any preparation!
- This product serves as an alternative to vanilla extracts containing alcohol.
